Built in approximately 1920 for Sir John and Lady Cargill, Ard-na-Coille is a stunning former Hunting Lodge which retains many of its original features including a beautiful original sandstone fireplace. Ard-na-Coille featured in the "Monarch of the Glen" BBC TV programme as "Glenbogle Golf Club" and many of the cast stayed here. Ard-na-Coille has been refurbished to a very high standard and we look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful Guest House with lovely panoramic views!

Set within the Cairngorm National Park, this small, family-run B&B offers the ideal base from which to explore the wonderful Cairngorm and Monadh Liath mountain ranges. There is ample parking in front of the house and a secluded patio area at the back. We have secure storage and cleaning area for bikes, golf clubs etc and facilities for drying gear. We also have free wi-fi for laptops. A comfortable and modern home, Creag Meagaidh stands in the village of Newtonmore, which has a wonderful circular route around it called the Wildcat Trail. This is a fabulous walk (or run) with great views of the River Spey, the Cairngorm Mountains, Creag Dubh hill, woodlands, waterfalls and all sorts of wildlife. We strive to be environmentally friendly by only using eco-friendly cleaning products, using energy-efficient appliances, recycling and composting as much waste as possible and using Fair Trade tea & coffee and fresh local ingredients wherever possible. We also make our own bread, jams & marmalade and we specialise in vegetarian cooking. Special deals are available for multiple night stays and we are also offering Christmas and New Year packages. We can provide pickup for visitors arriving by train or plane and offer various day trips to fabulous locations around Scotland.

Moira and John took over Eagle View in November 2004 and completely renovated the whole house with an emphasis on comfort and relaxation. Eagle View is an appealing mid Victorian house within the beautiful unspoiled highland village of Newtonmore. It lies close to the village centre but with a quiet peaceful location which is within an easy 5 minute walk of several restaurants hotels. All rooms are non-smoking and are individually and tastefully decorated using high quality materials. In superkingsized or twin beds with the crisp clean feel of our white Egyptian cotton bedding you will sleep in splendid comfort. All hot water is supplied using a new pressurised hot water system and the shower enclosures are glazed and double-sized. The en-suites have fully tiled floors and walls and are kept scrupulously clean. We have WiFi access for our guests plus DVD and CD players in each room and use only local produce wherever possible in our breakfasts and dinners. Oh, and don't forget our Guest Book, probably the best comments in the world!! :o)
